PubFold's .pub reader: the modified source (MPL-2.0)

The reader is libmspub 0.1.5 and librevenge 0.0.6 compiled to WebAssembly with Emscripten 4.0.23. PubFold
changes them with four small patches, published here as the MPL-2.0 licence requires:

  /engine/source/patches/libmspub/0001-libmspub-font-suffix-codepage.patch
      chooses the text codepage from the font name's suffix (e.g. "Times New Roman Cyr"), so old files with
      Cyrillic, Central European or Greek text don't come out garbled (LibreOffice bug tdf#59355)
  /engine/source/patches/libmspub/0002-libmspub-pub97-font-table.patch
      reads the font table of Publisher 97 files, which libmspub skipped
  /engine/source/patches/libmspub/0003-libmspub-metadata-must-not-abort.patch
      a file whose document properties (author, title, ...) can't be read still opens; before, the error stopped
      the whole document (seen in Publisher 2003 files that LibreOffice opens)
  /engine/source/patches/librevenge/0001-svg-text-font-size-and-baseline.patch
      writes text size and baseline correctly in SVG output

  /engine/source/build.sh
      the reproducible build: pinned upstream sources (with sha256 checksums), the patches above, and the link step
